I guess my biggest thing against Easter, besides the whole organized religion thing, is that I almost died on Easter Sunday 5 years ago. My appendix burst, and had I not have gone to the hospital when I did, I wouldn't be here. As it was, I was sent back from the emergency room, because I suddenly felt really good when I got there. I had been putting up with this terrible pain in my stomach area, chronic tummy ache I thought. But by the time I got back home, the pain was replaced with a much more severe pain, so I went back to the ER and wait a few hours, get violated *shudder* and put through some rather painful tests before they decided to go do some exploratory surgery, that is when they discovered that my appendix had burst open and all the toxic stuffies inside it had spread into my body. Now that I know more of the story as to what I went through *since I was put out and have no idea what was going on* evidently the doctor came out and told my family that it might be a good idea if they said good bye to me while they had the chance. Even though I was asleep and couldn't hear a damn thing. But I didn't give in I guess. They washed my insides out good. Something like 8 gallons of solution they dumped in there. The dr. personally reached in and hand scrubbed the organs, or so he said... So when I woke up, I had this bandage that made my tummy look like a giant tennis shoe and when they opened that to change my wound I saw that I had a vertical cut in the center of my belly, about 4 inches long with two stitches holding the center shut, so I had infact two holes stuffed full of cotton in me. Which the nurses changed a few times daily, being sure to get it down in there by pushing it inside me with their fingers. Wasn't that fun to watch. So I am not all that fond of Easter, probably some people would say "but that proves god loves you, so you didnt die" but thats a load of hog wash.

Plus who ever heard of a rabbit that lays eggs?
